The Hazel Green Cemetery Association will have its Memorial Day Service on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 2:00 pm. If the weather permits, the service will be held in the cemetery. In the event of rain, it will be held at the Hazel Green Christian Church.

The Hazel Green Cemetery Association will host its annual meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at the Hazel Green Christian Church at 7:00 pm. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The Hazel Green Cemetery Association would like to thank everyone who has graciously donated to the maintenance fund for the cemetery. We would like to thank all those who gave of their time to collect donations and help with the program. We would also like to thank those who placed the flags on the graves of our honored deceased veterans. It takes all of us volunteering our time and resources to keep up the cemetery.

Thank you to all those who have contributed for the upkeep of the Hazel Green Cemetery. All donations are greatly appreciated. 100% of the proceeds contributed go to the upkeep of the cemetery as we have an all-volunteer board of directors.

The Hazel Green Cemetery Association will be collecting donations at the cemetery this weekend for cemetery maintenance. It costs approximately $8,000.00 per year to keep the cemetery mowed. Thank you to the following volunteers who will be accepting donations at the specified times.

Please stop by the Association's tent, visit a while, and contribute for the upkeep of one of the most beautiful cemeteries in Eastern Kentucky.

The Hazel Green Cemetery Association will host its annual Memorial Day Service on Sunday May 25th, at 2:00 p.m. There will be little seating available so please bring your own chair. As always, we will read the name of all veterans buried in the cemetery as a remembrance of their service to our country.
In the event of rain, the service will be held in the Hazel Green Christian Church.

Good morning. The weather forecast calls for severe storms this afternoon to hit Hazel Green at approximately 2:00 pm which is the time of our service. In the interest of safety we are canceling the service. We will honor our deceased veterans with the reading of their names as part of the morning worship service at the Hazel Green Christian Church starting at 11:00 am. Please join us there. We apologize for any inconvenience.
