In this series through the Book of Acts, we are asking one central question: How is Jesus still building His Church today? From the preparation of the disciples to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, from bold witness to opposition, holiness, mission, multiplication, Spirit-led leadership, and endurance, Acts reminds us that the Church is not built by human strength, personality, or performance. Jesus builds His Church through ordinary people filled with the Holy Spirit, united in prayer, and willing to obey.

What an incredible day we had at our New Life Christian Church Family Picnic last Saturday, July 18, 2026! ☀️🌳

Our hearts are full of gratitude for everyone who came and made the day so special. From sharing great food and playing games to enjoying fellowship, laughter, and meaningful conversations, it was a wonderful reminder that the Church is more than a building, we are a family.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, helped organize, prepared food, set up, cleaned up, and served behind the scenes. Your love and dedication made this event possible.

We praise God for the beautiful weather, the joyful memories we created, and the opportunity to grow closer together as one body in Christ.

We can’t wait for the next time we gather. Until then, let’s continue loving, serving, and encouraging one another.

In Acts, we see ordinary people filled with extraordinary boldness. Opposition came, pressure rose, but the message of Jesus could not be stopped. We are expecting great things as we continue learning what it means to be the Church Jesus is building.
