God is always good, and always faithful. After three years, the Lord led Brother Plato Shepherd to constitute the church here in Hays. The church voted to accept me as their pastor, and Thursday evening, Brother Shepherd turned the church stewardship over to me.
The Lord has tremendously blessed the church here over the past three years. There has been valleys and trials, but God has carried us through them all, amd will continue to carry us through as we walk with him. The good times have far outnumbered and outshone the hard times, and I believe that, as we seek his face, it will continue to be so.
Pray for Old Paths Baptist Church as we embark on this new chapter in the church’s history, that we would honor and glorify the name of our Great God and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
