Spiritual food for the mind, soul and body.

Scripture for this morning: Psalm 145:4: One generation shall praise and declare God's works to the next.
Ephesians 6:4: Fathers and mothers are told to bring children up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

Question: What do you think about when you first wake up in the morning? 🤔

When I wake up in the morning what is the first thing on my mind? Is it my spouse it you are married, children, work, money, or is it God? The teachings of our Lord and our Savior Jesus Christ should be passed down to each family. With everything we say, do, and even think, Christ should be on our mind. With God as the stronghold we should forever give Him praise.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in heaven, the giver of life and death and the creator of us all. Father in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I ask that I am able to forever to have You be present in my mind against all evil.
I pray that you will keep me in my right mind so that I may keep Your love in my heart every moment that I am alive.

May the love You have for me and the love ❤️ I have for you will be shared with those that I come in contact with. Forgive me for not always keeping You in mind. Forgive me when there may have been a time when I may have doub You.
I thank you for not abandoned me. I thank you for being there for me when I was weary and uncertain about life. Jesus name I pray Hallelujah, Amen.

Scripture for this morning: Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity. Proverbs 18:24 One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but a friend sticks closer than a brother.

Question: Do you show love to your family and friends and your constituents ? 🤔

It is strange that we often hold back our true feelings for our most precious loved ones and friends. Sometimes it can be a huge regret to us, not saying how much we love and appreciate someone until it is too late. Give thanks to God for good friends and family and constituents and give thanks to them as well. A little love like that goes a long way.
Never take them for granted.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in heaven, the giver of life and death and the creator of us all. I am so glad that I have You in my life, Thank You for bringing so much hope and light into my life through friends and family and my brothers and sisters in Christ. Let me be the beacon of light for them so they may see you in me. I ask this simple thing Jesus Christ, who died so that we could live. Jesus name I pray Hallelujah, Amen.

Scripture for this morning: 1 Corinthians 12:12-27 Many members, one body.

Question: Are you the living body of Christ being the church? 🤔

Just as a human body has many different parts (hands, feet, eyes, and ears) that are distinct from one another. No single part can do everything, and no part can survive or function properly in isolation. An eye cannot replace an ear, and a hand needs a foot. Members rely on one another to make the whole body work.

Every person in the body has a unique, God-given role or spiritual gift (such as teaching, serving, encouraging, or leading). There are no "unimportant" members; even parts that seem weaker or less visible are indispensable.
We know that Christ is the governing head of the body, directing and energizing all the individual members through the same Holy Spirit. So let's all work together as on body in Christ.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in Heaven. My Lord, Savior and the giver of life. Lord, help us to honor the differences among us, knowing that every gift, role, and person is valuable.Deliver us from comparison, pride, or division, and teach us to depend on one another with love.
If one member suffers, let us suffer together; if one is honored, let us rejoice together.Use our diverse strengths to build up Your church, serve our neighbors, and reflect Your love to the world. Jesus name I pray Hallelujah, Amen.

Scripture for this morning: A promise of perfect peace for whose minds stay steadfast in trusting God. Isaiah 26:3

Question: Do you embrace a fresh start every morning with a mind set of hope, peace and trusting in Jesus ? 🤔

Embrace a fresh start each morning offers a new beginning to align your mindset with hope, peace, and trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I choose gratitude, consciously thanking God for the present moment that helps me focus on today and the days ahead but taking one day at a time.
Living with Purpose in this life I can carry this inner peace outward by offering kindness and encouragement to everyone I meet today.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in Heaven. My Lord, Savior and the giver of life.
I come to You today with a quiet heart. You know the worries and the questions that weigh on my mind. When life feels uncertain and heavy, help me to stop trying to figure everything out on my own.
Lord, I choose to place my trust in You. Forgive me for the times I let fear take over. Calm the storm inside my soul and replace my anxiety with Your perfect peace.
Remind me that You are in control and that You hold tomorrow in Your hands. Help me to rest in Your presence and lean on Your strength when I feel weak.
Thank You for Your great love and for watching over me. I give You my burdens today, and I trust You to guide my steps.
In Jesus name I pray Hallelujah, Amen.

Scripture for this morning: Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer. Romans 12:12

Question: Are you rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation and continuing instant in prayer? 🤔

Rejoice in hope, rejoicing in gladness insures me of having confidence in God's promises for the future. To be patient in tribulation even in hard times, trials, and suffering with steadfast endurance. I must be
constant in prayer, keep an ongoing, persistent connection with God.

I know that joy is in Jesus, and this hope is for Jesus, and patience is from Jesus, and tribulation is with Jesus, and this constant prayer is through Jesus to God the Father. So it is not hard to follow Jesus.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in Heaven. My Lord, Savior and the giver of life.

Lord right now, I come to You just as I am. Life feels heavy, and the road I am walking is hard sometimes. You see the trials and tribulations pressing in on every side, and You know the tired places in my heart.
Lord, Your Word tells me to rejoice in hope. When my own strength fails, help me to look past the storm around me and fix my eyes on You. Fill me with the deep, quiet joy that comes only from Your promises. Let the hope of Your eternal love be a bright light in my dark valley.
Grant me the grace to be patient in tribulation. Suffering and waiting do not feel good, and I am weak on my own. Give me the endurance to stand firm. Remind me that You are working in all things for good, and that these heavy moments will not last forever. Teach me whatever lessons You have for me in this season, and keep my heart from growing bitter or afraid.
Help me to be constant in prayer. When I do not have the words to say, let Your Holy Spirit intercede for me. Keep my heart turning toward You all through the day—in the quiet mornings and the sleepless nights. Be my refuge, my strength, and my closest companion.
Thank You for loving me, for holding me together, and for walking right beside me through the fire. Thank you Jesus.

Scripture for this tonight: O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. Psalms 65:5-7

Question: Do you think that you have escape sin wheen you sin? 🤔

God sees everything, including mistakes and wrong choices. No secrets, nothing in human life is hidden from God's knowledge.

No one truly gets away with sin. While the consequences of wrongdoings may sometimes appear delayed, hidden, or entirely absent in this life, the overarching biblical perspective is that God’s judgment is perfectly just, all-seeing, and ultimately unavoidable. A delay in consequences is not an endorsement of the behavior. Rather, Christian teachings state that God’s patience is intentionally extended to give people time and space to repent. Some repercussions are experienced internally through guilt or a fractured relationship with God, while others are reserved for final judgment.
An untroubled conscience or a comfortable life while living in sin is considered spiritually dangerous. It can harden a person’s heart, making them blind to their need for correction.

Pray this prayer with me. Our Father who art in Heaven. My Lord, Savior and the giver of life. Forgive me for my sins. I repent and ask that you help me handle the consequences of my sin with wisdom. Please do not allow my sins to cause others shame or lead people away from you. I know you are merciful and will forgive me, so do not allow me to be controlled by feelings of guilt either. Allow me to move forward in repentance. In Jesus name I pray Hallelujah, Amen.
