Ware's Chapel Cemetery Ware's Chapel Cemetery, dating from the mid 1800's, is located at 3461 Columbia 14E near Emerson, AR (Columbia County). NO LITTERING in Cemetery or over fence.

It can be accessed via Ware's Chapel Rd northeast of Haynesville, LA. GUIDELINES for WARE'S CHAPEL CEMETERY

1. No GRAVE should be DUG or MONUMENT SET until arrangements are made with a Cemetery officer. Text 318-624-4293 or 318-751-3166, or call 318-624-1870 or 870-547-2772.

2. FOOT MARKERS one inch or less above ground.

3. Items NO LON

GER PERMITTED to be added:
benches, borders, loose trinkets, glass, rocks/pebbles/marbles/similar items.

4. Maximum of THREE ITEMS per monument, including lights.

5. FLOWERS or anything else put into ground, put as close to monument as possible to help with w**d eating and mowing.

6. Trash can by front gate. Deteriorating flowers and other items making litter will be removed.

7. Cemetery open in DAYLIGHT only. Visitation after dark prohibited.

8. Cemetery does NOT provide INSURANCE and assumes no liability for grave monuments or any other items in the Cemetery or for any persons or personal property on the Cemetery and Chapel grounds at any time.
