Good Morning to See the SON
Before the sun rises, a man has a choice. The alarm goes off. The bed is warm. The house is quiet. His body says, “Stay.” But something deeper in him says, “Get up. Seek the Lord. Stand with your brothers.”
There is something sacred about a man who chooses God before the day chooses him.
When a man gets up early for Bible study, he is doing more than attending a meeting. He is declaring, my day belongs to God. My strength comes from the Word. I am not walking this life alone, I want to be sharpened, challenged, and encouraged. Iron sharpens iron, but only if the iron shows up. Men glorify God not only with their voices, but with their choices.
Men who rise early to meet with other men are stepping into a long line of brothers who sought God before the world demanded their attention. Joshua did it. David did it. Jesus Himself did it.
And when men gather, something happens that does not happen anywhere else, courage grows, faith strengthens, and the weight of life gets lighter because it is shared.
This morning, as you get up, get dressed, and head out the door, remember this. You are not just going to a Bible study. You are going to meet with the SON. And He is already awake. He is already waiting. He is already ready to speak.
Good morning, men. Good morning to the SON.
For those who have Men’s Bible Study today.
