Dear Church Family, this Sunday May 10th will be my last Sunday preaching the Word as your pastor. I hope to see you there. I want you to know that I love you church family and I'm grateful for how you all have loved me and my family. You made us feel like "from here's". Please be praying for the family of our sister in the Lord, Kay Edwards. For those who wish to attend it will be at Andrews Funeral Home at 2 pm Friday, May 8, 2026 with visitation from 1-2pm at Andrews Funeral Home by Pastor Jared Berry. Burial Services will be held after the funeral at Bellamy United Methodist Church Cemetery in Gloucester (4870 Chestnut Fork Road).

Lana Kay Edwards, 77, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Heron House Assisted Living in Sarasota, Florida, after battling several years of Parkinsons disease. She was born on June 1, 1948 in Newport News and was the daughter of the late Eugene and Louise

Our JOY ministry had an outstanding time at the Sights and Sounds show in Lancaster, PA. We are so glad that God has given us oppurtunities like this to deepen our understanding and worship of Him.
