PACC Family
As the Summer season comes to an end and we launch into Fall, we are excited to see what God has in store for His church and in particular our PACC family. We have been gathering together on Sunday for refreshing times of worship and encouraging and challenging messages from the Word. As we continue following God’s direction we will be hosting a week of prayer starting this Sunday, September 13th. Sunday morning will be kicked off with a message from Terry Virgo to us. We asked Terry to bring a message on prayer to inspire and encourage us and we are excited to hear what God has put on his heart for us at PACC. We will be watching the message via video stream and it will be available online as well for those of you not able to be with us in person.
Our week of prayer will consist of our launch on Sunday morning with Terry’s message with a time of prayer Sunday night from 6:30PM – 7:30PM. Throughout the rest of the week, Monday – Saturday, we will meet every morning from 6-6:45AM. We will make the morning meeting available via zoom as well as meeting in person in the PACC office. Monday – Saturday evening we will gather in the PACC auditorium for a time of prayer lead by our PACC leadership team. We will go from 6:30 – 7:30PM, and there will be childcare available up to age 10. Our desire is that you would have your children participate in the prayer meetings at whatever capacity they are able.
Wednesday evening, we will be having a greater emphasis on worship as we gather. On Friday we would encourage everyone to fast from dinner Friday to dinner Saturday evening, when we will break the fast together at the PACC building. We will finish the week with sharing a meal, hearing testimonies and taking time to thank God for all He has done.
We are believing for God to move and speak to us in a significant way. Let’s respond to the invitation we have from our Heavenly Father and seek Him with our whole hearts!
2 Ch 7:14 (ESV)
14 if my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Jas 5:16 (ESV)
16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
In this season we have felt a call to prayer. There have been times when the way forward doesn’t seem very clear and all the voices surrounding the current circumstances seem to lead in so many directions, but one thing is very clear, our Father has invited us to seek Him and has said when we do, we will find Him. Our desire is to come set our eyes and focus on our victorious King, Jesus, and give Him all the praise, honor and glory due His Name! Please take this time during this week to join us as we plant our feet on our Rock and ask His Kingdom to invade earth in a significant way.
Blessings,
PACC Leadership Team
