Heavenly Father,
It's a new week and my heart is filled with anxiety and stress.

I long to enjoy the days before me but I feel like I'm struggling to just make it through.

Lord, help remind me, you're my dwelling place
in the midst of the busyness.

You're my rest and my comfort
when the waves and wind crash into me.

You're ahead of me, beside me, and
within me, I do not need to be anxious or afraid.

Your peace rules my heart and mind, not my circumstances.

In your presence is the fullness of joy.
May I know that fully well.

Help me to keep my heart on these truths and
live confidently secure in You.

In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
