This past weekend, our ACYOA Seniors attended the General Assembly hosted by St. James Armenian Church. It was several of our members first time observing the Assembly or serving as a Delegate. Our member, Sarah Tavitian, completed her term on Central Council and new members were elected for the current term. Congratulations to all newly elected members of Central Council as well as the Nominating and Auditing Committee. It was a great event and we look forward to attending again next year! 👏🏻

We were blessed to host this years annual ACYOA Seniors Lenten Retreat, “Encountering Miracles Through Christ.” 🇦🇲✝️

It was a beautiful and faith-filled day of prayer, learning, and fellowship as we prepared our hearts during this Lenten season. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the day so meaningful.

Meet the new Holy Archangels ACYOA E-Board!

We’re excited to serve, grow, and bring our community together this year. This weekend, our ACYOA Seniors attended the ACYOA National Fall Retreat at St. Iakovos Retreat Center in Kansasville, Wisconsin. The theme of this years’ retreat is Faith over Fear ✝️

On Friday night, we enjoyed meeting up with old and new friends through ice breakers, and attended a Blessing of the Water service with His Grace Bishop Mesrop Parsamyan. On Saturday, the retreat sessions began with Bishop Mesrop speaking about “Courage Powered by God”. Participants enjoyed faithful discussions, prayers, and activities throughout the day such as nature walks, a clergy chat, and a wagon ride to a local farm. The night ended with dance lessons! 🎶

On Sunday, the group attended Holy Badarak celebrated by Father Sahak Kaishian. Our ACYOA members Dn. Hovsep served on the altar and Ani and Milla sang in the choir. We are so proud of our Youth!

The Fall Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for Youth across our Diocese to come together, pray together, and witness their faith together. We wish all participants safe travels home and look forward to attending the ACYOA Lenten Retreat in the Spring! 🌷

Our Juniors had a great weekend and made so many memories with their friends and host families!

Wishing all participants safe travels back to their homes and Parish families. 🙏🏻
