Today our ACYOA members sponsored a fun and energetic Pickleball Tournament and Social at Holy Archangels!
This was the very first pickleball event held in Ermonian Hall, and it was a wonderful success. Laughter, friendly competition, and great fellowship filled the hall as everyone enjoyed playing and cheering one another on.
Thank you to all who came out to participate and support this exciting new event in the life of our parish. A special thank you to Sarah Tavitian for coordinating the tournament and to Myles Couyoumjian for helping set up the hall and making everything ready.
It was a wonderful day of community, connection, and fun and hopefully the first of many more to come!

On Saturday evening, we had the joy of hosting our beautiful Mother’s Day Concert, “In Her Embrace,” sponsored by our ACYOA.
We were blessed by the extraordinary talent of baritone Asatur Baljian and pianist Nune Hakobyan, whose inspiring and heartfelt performance filled our Ermonian Hall with warmth, gratitude, and love, a perfect tribute to our mothers.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support this special evening. Your presence made the night even more meaningful.
We are grateful to our ACYOA for organizing and sponsoring this wonderful event and for continuing to enrich the life of our parish.
May God bless all our mothers and all who nurture others with love.

Yesterday, following Divine Liturgy / Holy Badarak, our Parish Council honored all the mothers of our parish on the occasion of Mother’s Day by presenting them with beautiful flowers.
It was a small but heartfelt gesture of gratitude for the countless sacrifices, prayers, love, and strength our mothers offer to their families and to our church community each and every day.
Thank you to our Parish Council members for organizing this meaningful expression of appreciation, and a very special thank you to Michael and Elaine Bebirian for generously arranging and providing the flowers.
May God bless all our mothers with health, peace, and continued joy.

On Saturday, we held another beautiful Little Saints program filled with happiness, learning, and faith.
This time, we talked about the flowers we see blooming during this time of year and why we decorate our Holy Altar and sanctuary with fresh flowers. Just as spring brings new life to the earth, the flowers remind us that the Church is the space of the Living God, a place filled with beauty, life, and resurrection hope.
Our Little Saints helped water the flowers, learning that caring for God’s house is part of loving God Himself. It was a simple but meaningful lesson: when we nurture beauty in the sanctuary, we also nurture faith in our hearts.
We closed our class together in prayer, thanking God for the gift of creation and for the blessing of being in His holy presence.
Thank you to all the families who joined us and continue to support this beautiful ministry. A special thank you to Sarah Tavitian for coordinating and lovingly guiding our Little Saints program.
May our Little Saints continue to grow in faith just like the flowers they cared for.

Happy Mother’s Day to All our Mothers!
Today we give thanks to God for the gift of every mother for your love, your sacrifices, your prayers, and your unwavering faith.
Your gentle hands and strong hearts reflect God’s own care. Through your daily devotion, you teach faith not only with words, but with example.
“Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her.”
(Proverbs 31:28)
May the Lord bless you with health, joy, and peace. May He strengthen you in your holy calling, and may you always feel the gratitude and love of those whose lives you nurture.
