💜A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Annual Community Field Day yesterday!
We got about two hours of beautiful weather before the rain rolled in—but what wonderful memories we made! While the day was cut a little shorter than planned, it was still more than worth all the planning.💜
Some of our favorite moments were seeing dear friends win the biggest raffle prizes, watching Creation Dust 777 find a whole bear in that log they dragged in, listening to the great tunes from Rick Clogston, watching families laugh and eat together, and huddling under canopies with people who started out as strangers but left feeling like friends. That waterslide sure was a hit too! 😁
It was such a joy getting to know our neighbors and spending time together, rain and all.
Events like this are only possible because of the incredible support of our community. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing business sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and donors who generously gave their time, talents, and resources to make this day possible. We truly couldn't do it without you.
And thank you to every family, friend, neighbor, and visitor who came out, embraced the unpredictable weather, and helped make the day so special.
Even with the early rain, together we raised over $1,500 for The River House! And on top of that we opened our email right before the event to find another $20,000 had been donated toward further renovations! 🙌🏻🎉
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up, making new connections, and proving once again that we have an entire community backing us up. 🫶🏻
