🌟 LIVE IT! — Living Like Jesus. Every Day. Everywhere.
Sunday we kicked off our new LIVE IT! focus for the year! Throughout this year, we want to help our kids learn that following Jesus isn’t just something we do at church — it’s something we LIVE OUT every day, everywhere we go!
💙 September: JESUS + ME
This month we’re learning what it looks like to pursue Jesus and grow closer to Him. Sunday we learned about Zacchaeus, who went out of his way to see Jesus — and his life was changed when he encountered Him!
❤️ Faith Fact: I can know Jesus!
I’m also excited to share our September Jesus + Me Family Devotion Calendar🗓 with you! Each week has short Scripture readings, simple TALK or PRAY prompts, and a fun LIVE IT! challenge your family can do together.
Use it however it works best for your family. Take a few minutes to open the Bible together, help your kids find the Scripture, talk or pray about what you read, and learn our monthly memory verse together. It doesn’t have to be complicated! Those little moments of getting into God’s Word together are helping our kids build a strong foundation of faith.
📖 September's Faith Verse is Jeremiah 29:13 (NLT), “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.” Every kid that has it memorized at the end of the month will earn a prize.
Kids received a copy of the calendar Sunday, and I have extras available too! You can also save or print the one attached.
It truly is such a blessing and privilege to get to teach your kids each week and watch them learn, grow, and discover more about Jesus. Thank you for letting me be a small part of helping build that foundation alongside you! ❤️
