Dear Members of the African Methodist Episcopal Church,

We are issuing an urgent call to every clergy person, officer, and member of the AME Church to stand with us in this critical moment. Join us this Sunday May May 3rd at 6pm EST for our Freedom Summer Kickoff, a connectional effort to organize, mobilize, and protect our communities. As we experience the escalating assault on and erasure of our hard-fought rights, we cannot be silent or still.

Purpose: An urgent all-call response to the ongoing attack on and erasure of our rights, and the launch of our AME Freedom Summer work

Who: All AME members, clergy, leaders, and community partners
