The next regularly Scheduled Trustees Meeting will be Monday, May 6th at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Sunday School Classroom
Among other things we need to discuss:
1) The insurance adjuster's report
a. State of the roofs
b. places of vulnerability that can be easily remedied
c. replace ceiling tiles throughout building so we can see "new/active" leaks.
2) Continuing water pe*******on
a. Grading on the parking lot side of the sanctuary.
b. Grading outside the back "choir" door and overhang area.
c. New leak in sanctuary

If you have any other new items you would like added to the agenda, please let me know by Friday.

Fellow Trustees,
Habitat for Humanity will be holding an infromational meeting in our chapel on Saturday, April 27 from 9 - Noon. I have a mandatory staff meeting @ Dismas from 8 - 2. Can one of you make arrangements to let the Habitat staff in the curch, show them where the water fountain and restrooms are, and make sure all is locked up after?

I met with an Insurance Inspector at the church this morning. He checked all the roofs and surveyed all the water pernetration. He will copy me his photos, report, and estimate of damage when he sends it to the insurance company. Due to the increased work load, that may not be until next week.

Spoke to Sybil @ the South Group and initiated a claim. Spoke to Lee ths morning and he is sending an investigator/assessor out. Should get some help with the clean-up.

Laura, Peggy and Eddie met this evening and discussed meeting frequency, repairs needed, priority of repairs. Minutes have been sent via e-mail.
