As Fall Camp begins to close, USM Football held it's second "AIE" Night.
Focus and group discussion was on the personal and team importance of Core Values #4, #5, and #6.

Much thanks and appreciation to Coach Walt Esslinger for inviting FCA of Southeast Mississippi to play a small part in the 2022-23 Picayune School District Convocation. Event was filled with motivating speakers, the Maroon Tide Band and some heart-warming challenges from some tenured educators. Some really awesome folks excited about the new school year in Picayune! So grateful for the invitation to come and be a part of the celebration.

"A-I-E" Day was awesome! The entire USM Football team openly discussed and had great dialogue of 3 of the 6 Core Values of the program, (Honesty, Accountability and Golden Rule) for almost 2 hours. The sessions led by Associate Head Coach Reed Stringer, Runningbacks Coach Jordy Joseph and Head Strength Coach Lance Ancar, engaged both the players and coaches on each core value. Coach Will Hall also gave the opening challenge... Google the word,.."FIRGUN!"
