There is something so restorative about October. As the trees let go of their leaves, it's a beautiful, natural reminder that it's okay for us to slow down, simplify, and let go of the week's hectic pace, too.

Whether your weekend plans involve a hot mug of c***r, a walk under the changing canopy, or just wrapped up in a warm blanket, we hope you take some time to breathe in the crisp autumn air and enjoy the simple gifts of the season.

Take a moment to look up, notice the beauty around you, and reset. 🍂

The United Methodist Church (UMC) views voting as both a sacred civic responsibility and a basic human right predicated on the fundamental dignity of all people.

That's why with Election Day just around the corner - Tuesday, Nov. 3 - and we encourage you to vote and make your voice heard. This is the first year Lehman will serve as a polling place, replacing Pennypack School.

That means our Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry will be closed that day.

“I can conceive of no difference comparable to that between a smooth and a rough sea except that which is between a mind calmed by the love of God and one torn up by the storms of earthly passions.” –John Wesley, Journal on January 26, 1736

John Wesley reminds us that God's love can calm the turbulent waters of our daily lives. You don't have to weather choppy waters alone.

Join us this Sunday at 9:30 a.m. to find rest and anchor our hearts together. ⚓❤️
