💥 On the basis of Holy Scripture, we teach:

➡️ Is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

➡️ Equal in eternity
➡️ Equal in majesty

Because each person fully possesses the one divine essence

🙏 Communion

At Holy Shepherd we practice “close communion.” Any member of an LCMS church, or a church in direct fellowship with the LCMS, may partake of communion. However, everyone is welcome at the communion rail for a personal blessing.

For those not yet familiar with LCMS practices, you are invited to speak with an Elder about taking classes if desired and joining our fellowship.

We are excited to host Vacation Bible School again this year as we head out on a Tropical Trek to learn how Jesus comes to seek & save!

👧🧒 Children ages 4–12 are welcome to join us
(Entering Pre-K through 6th grade)

🌍 In the Beginning…

We believe God created the heavens and the earth in six real, literal days — not ages or symbolic periods, but intentional acts of divine creation.

👫 We also believe that man and woman are uniquely created in the image of God, designed with purpose and dignity — not the result of chance or an evolutionary process.

✨ This truth shapes how we see the world, our identity, and our Creator.

📖 WHAT IS THE BIBLE?

Not just an ancient book.
Not just human thoughts about God.

It is God’s Word.
Inspired.
True.
Without error.

So what does that mean?

👉 It’s not based on our opinions
👉 It’s not shaped by culture
👉 It doesn’t come from the human heart

It is the foundation for everything we believe and teach.

And at the center of it all is one person:

Jesus Christ.

“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.”
— John 14:6

⸻

The Bible exists to lead us to Him—
where truth is found,
where forgiveness is given,
and where life is restored.
