He is a gifted communicator to all facets of people linking the young
and old together to accomplish the vision of Christ, (John 17:22) with passion
and love for the 21st century church (Proverbs 17:27) through this vision he has
crossed denominational barriers to bring the power of fellowship, friendship and
relationship with God's best interest at heart. "A man that hath friends must shew hi
mself friendly" (Proverbs 18:24). Prophet Matthews was born October 31, 1967 the seventh child of 18 children
born to Bishop Nathaniel and Mrs. Suzanne Matthews. Prophet Matthews is a devoted parent and grandfather. He matriculated through Joliet Township High
School Central, Joliet Junior College, The Economic Business Institute, Spencer
College and The Research Institute of America. Prophet Matthews gave his life to Christ in 1994 and was licensed a
Minister in 1996; appointed Chairman of the Finance Committee under
the leadership of his father Bishop Nathaniel Matthews of The Way of Life
Holiness Church Inc., many other duties came from this gifted area. In 1997
he was ordained and appointed International Youth President of Apostolic
Assembly Way of Holiness Church of God Inc., under the Late Bishop George King. He was appointed Financial Accountability person for the Youth
Department International and Chairman of the Youth Convention. Prophet Matthews completed Ministerial Protocol and Etiquette for Leadership,
Altar Workers Training, and received Apostolic Prophetic impartation in the

Now currently conducting Prophetic explosion crusade meetings and conferences
nationally; he is a former member of the Spanish Center of Will County where he
was Chairman of the Finance Committee and was elected Treasurer of the Board
and former liaison for the city Councilman of District 5 of Joliet, Illinois. Prophet Matthews established the inner city counselors and training program for
the Joliet Park District which re-established and unified one of the greatest
inter-governmental agreements in Will County; he was also a member of the Will
County Gang Task Force. Prophet Matthews ran unsuccessfully for city and county office. Nonetheless, he
established the Metropolitan Counseling and Advisory Organization of Will County
reaching youth of all cultural backgrounds to build and motivate a positive
mentoring program; a former faithful member and lead Prophet of Holy Spirit
Ministries International under the Leadership of Pastor James E. Latimore Sr.;
Prophet Matthews is presently senior Pastor of Restoration Foundation Prophetic
