The Top Teens of America, Evergreen Park Chicago Chapter will host a Membership Interest Meeting for teens ages 13–17 and their parents on:

Top Teens of America is the youth component of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. and provides young people with opportunities for community service, leadership development, scholarship, personal growth, and positive engagement within their communities.

For families looking for meaningful opportunities to help their teens develop leadership skills, build relationships with other young people, and become more actively involved in service, this interest meeting provides an opportunity to learn more about the organization and its Evergreen Park Chicago Chapter.

Dear Chicago BMCR Members,

We are excited to invite you to join us for the 54th Annual Meeting of the North Central Jurisdiction Black Methodists for Church Renewal (NCJ BMCR), taking place October 8–10, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago-Alsip.

This year’s gathering will bring BMCR members from throughout the North Central Jurisdiction together for three days of worship, learning, fellowship, meaningful conversation, and renewed commitment to our mission.

Whether you have been involved with BMCR for many years or are just beginning to learn more about the organization, we encourage you to attend. This meeting is an excellent opportunity to gain greater knowledge about the inner workings of BMCR, our ministry and advocacy, and the important role BMCR continues to play within The United Methodist Church.

As the host chapter, Chicago BMCR needs your help in extending a warm Chicago welcome to our brothers and sisters from across the jurisdiction.

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
Hospitality
Registration
Ushers/Greeters
Meeting Preparation

If you are willing to volunteer for any day or portion of the meeting, please contact the Chicago BMCR Office at 708-940-5315. Whether you can give a few hours or assist throughout the meeting, your time and service will be greatly appreciated.

We also need your assistance with sharing this information within your congregations.

This is our opportunity not only to host, but to learn, serve, connect, and strengthen the work of BMCR together.

Hazel Crest Community United Methodist Church is hosting a Popcorn Fundraiser beginning Sunday, July 19, 2026, through Sunday, July 26, 2026.

We are raising funds to purchase new furnace units for our church roof, and we need your help! Every purchase and every donation brings us one step closer to reaching our goal.
