All summer long, the stories behind our favorite songs have taken us on a journey we never quite planned.

We’ve sung through sorrow and hope. We’ve rediscovered grace, wonder, assurance, friendship, and faith. And this Sunday, our journey comes to a close with one final beloved song:
Just a closer walk with Thee…

Maybe faith isn’t about having all the answers.
Maybe it isn’t about finally “arriving.”

Maybe faith is simply learning to take the next faithful step.
Do justice.
Love kindness.
Walk humbly with your God.

Join us this Communion Sunday as we gather around the table, look back at the journey we’ve shared, and ask:

Howie will lead us into one of the most mysterious and powerful stories in Genesis — Jacob wrestling through the night and emerging from the encounter changed, blessed…and walking with a limp.

What might this ancient story have to say about our own seasons of wrestling? About the questions we carry, the struggles we can’t easily resolve, and the surprising ways God may meet us right in the middle of them?

👀 What Are You Looking At? ❤️

We spend so much of our lives judging by appearances—what we can see, measure, and understand. But what if God sees something entirely different?

This Sunday, we’ll explore the beloved hymn “Blessed Assurance” alongside the story of Bartimaeus, the blind man who somehow saw Jesus more clearly than many who had perfect eyesight.

Together we’ll discover what it means to see with the heart—to look beyond first impressions, beyond labels, beyond what the world tells us matters, and begin seeing people (and ourselves) the way God does.

Join us for a joyful morning of worship, inspiring music, and a message of hope.
