Parking help is needed next Tuesday morning for the Catholic Charities fundraiser at the Cathedral. They need help with parking from 7-8 a.m. When you are done, you are welcome to go into the basement to watch the program, which includes a conversation with Coach Dan Hurley and Kevin Nathan. And coffee.
Council member Scott Griffin is one of the organizers of the event.

Knights from our Council joined forces with brother Knights from Windsor and Southington today for a hands-on landscaping and grounds cleanup at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford CT.
Together, our councils cleared overgrown foliage, tidied the grounds, and refreshed the church exterior — putting our core principles of charity and unity into motion to support our neighboring parish community.

Our Lady of Sorrows is preparing for a monumental milestone: its 130th Anniversary celebration on Sept. 19. Today’s effort ensures the grounds look their best for the upcoming special Anniversary Mass and gala celebration.
Assisting sister parishes and putting faith into action is at the heart of the Knights of Columbus mission. Thank you to every brother Knight who volunteered their time, sweat, and tools today to help care for Our Lady of Sorrows.

Big thanks to everyone who joined us last week at the Cathedral of St. Joseph for our first official meeting under new Grand Knight Matt Pactol!
We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to our former Grand Knight, Luis Po***ck. Thank you, Luis, for your outstanding leadership, dedication, and service to Council 11405.
It was a fantastic night of fellowship, planning, and charting the course for this next chapter. We wrapped up the evening the best way we know how — with great conversation and plenty of pizza!
