Remember? GOD Changed you!

Abram to Abraham: God changed his name from Abram ("exalted father") to Abraham ("father of a multitude") to reflect the covenant that he would be the ancestor of many nations.

Sarai to Sarah: Her name was changed from Sarai (possibly meaning "my princess") to Sarah ("mother of nations") signaling her status in the divine covenant alongside her husband.

Jacob to Israel: After wrestling all night with a divine figure, Jacob ("heel-catcher" or "supplanter") was renamed Israel ("he struggles with God" or "God strives"), marking his transformation from a deceiver to the father of the twelve tribes.

Matthew 4:4 states: "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God."

The Setting: Jesus is in the wilderness after fasting for 40 days and nights.
The Temptation: The devil tries to use Jesus' extreme physical hunger to tempt him into turning stones into bread.
The Meaning: Jesus replies by quoting Deuteronomy, showing that spiritual life and obedience to God matter more than physical comfort or satisfying immediate physical desires
