Resurgence Fellowship Center - Connecticut Our mission is to share the gospel simply, love people deeply, and create space for real encounters with God.

As a church our initiative is to train, empower and activate. We strive to fulfill this initiative through a culture of discipleship and equipping people to be an impact in the Kingdom of God. We believe in developing and launching people to live a life of purpose, with the Gospel message at the center of all they do. As a community, we take a holistic approach where we focus on the well-being and

whole state of man, intentionally embedding this approach to cultivate healthy and faithful followers of Christ.

You’ve probably heard people talk about ‘the one that got away’, that love they wish they had held onto. But Jesus tells a different kind of story about the one who gets away. He talks about a shepherd with 100 sheep. When just one wanders off, the shepherd leaves the other 99 to go after the one. He doesn’t stop until he finds it.

The point? When we drift away from Him, Jesus doesn’t just let us slip through His fingers. He pursues us with relentless, perfect love. No matter how far we stray, His eyes never leave us. The dangers of the world don’t get the final say—because He’s not letting go.

So we ask you: Are you the one? The one He refuses to let get away?”

Jesus posed a profoundly inspiring question to His disciples, 'Who do you say that I am?' because He deeply desired that they have a true understanding of His identity. Many people in His day had ideas of who Jesus was, much like our society does today. But Jesus continues to invite us to discover the depth of His character, to move beyond the superficial ideas of who He is and to really know Him.

And He didn’t leave us guessing. God gave us the Bible as a way to uncover and reveal His character to us. So if you're eager to encounter Jesus and get to know who He REALLY is, then we encourage you to seek Him through the transformative power of scripture.

As we walk in a New Year let’s remember that we are no longer our old selves but are renewed in Christ.
