Please communicate with your Parish leaders and congregations to ensure that the word is getting out about the Bishop Candidate Meet and Greets. Also, there is need for questions to be submitted that will be used during the sessions, so encourage your folks to ask the questions they want answered by the candidates. This is a chance for our Northeast Churches to be heard!

I found this prayer again. It really helps.

God of the present moment, God who in Jesus tills the storm and soothes the frantic heart; bring hope and courage to all as we wait in uncertainty. Bring hope and peace with whatever lies ahead. Bring us courage to endure what cannot be avoided. For your will is health and wholeness, you are God and we need you. Amen.
