Want to learn something about bees and beekeeping. Come to the Water Summit by the Burrillville Grassroots Coalition on Sunday, July 19th at the First Universalist Church, 134 Main St, Harrisville from noon to 4 pm and look for my table set up on the side of the church. Come and look at bee equipment and ask me anything about bees! The photo below shows a Queen Bee with a retinue of worker bees gathered around her attending to every needs.

Gigantic yard sale Saturday, June 27th from 9 to 2 pm at the First Universalist Church, 134 Main Street, Harrisville. We have lots of good stuff--something for everyone: toys, books, tools, baby books, clothes, blankets, etc., games, sports, furniture, old records, CDs, DVDs, glassware, kitchen items, clothes, blankets, cookware, crafts, electronics, and a 50" large screen TV in excellent condition (like new) selling at a great price! We also have an antique wringer for sale. Don't miss this sale! All proceeds benefit the preservation of the First Universalist Church of Burrillville.
