Pleasant Ridge Camp 2026 in full swing. Started out with technical issues during worship this morning. Getting bugs out is the system is always fun! 🤩

Debbie Kasecamp entered into heaven last night. The best day of her life when she met her Savior face-to-face. Her smile and heart just lighting up heaven for sure. Please keep the Kasecamp family in your prayers. We will honor her life at Pleasant Ridge next week as she loved camp and was a great support and encouragement to us all. We all at PRC love you Debbie and will miss you deeply.

We don't understand God's timing, but we trust it and know He sees the big picture. God is still God and still in control.

PRC Prayer warriors please be in prayer. Todd Kasecamp's (Camp Manager) mom is currently in the hospital on a ventilator w/Pneumonia and Sepsis. She has cancer and this is not a good situation. There are several issues at camp that Todd would like to take care of this week but also be available in Cumberland for his Mom. Please pray fervently for Todd and his family and that Satan is defeated for our efforts to make camp happen. We are VERY short handed on help so please pray for strength and that everything can be done in time for Friday.

One week from now we will be finishing up our 1st Sunday of Camp 2026. Please be praying for all the workers and those coming to camp.

A special thank you to Jared & Danielle Calebrette, John, Selita, Josie & Johnny Wright, Kevin & Adam Lowe for helping all day Friday and most of Saturday with power washing the whole Tabernacle and workers cabins, working on projects needed in the dining hall and doing general cleaning of cabins, dorms etc. to get ready for next week. Anyone coming to move in to their cabins, water will not be turned on until Thursday evening. Todd has some issues he needs to fix so please pray for grace for our camp manager. He is the best, but our camp ground is getting older and problems seem to come up when you least expect it.

It takes a lot of work to keep Pleasant Ridge going and help is needed. If you want to lend a hand, please reach out to Todd, Jared or Heather and let them know you want to help with cleaning, painting, kitchen help. Any help would be appreciated. We want Pleasant Ridge to continue to be a blessing and a light in our dark world for Jesus and to see young and old come and experience the love of God.

We can't wait to see everyone next Saturday at the Fundraiser Dinner! Bring your appetites. it's going to be good home cookin'.

Pre-orders for the new PR CAMP T-SHIRTS are being taken NOW. There will be shirts available to buy in the camp office during the week of July 13th. They are Gildan brand, light grey sizes Adult Small thru 2X. Youth sizes Small-Large available upon request. Price is $20 per shirt (or more if you're feeling generous) 😄

Background of the design:
The front left chest logo was used on T-shirts from back in the 80's. The back Tabernacle and flag is from a picture that was taken in July 2018 after the flag dedication service that was held in honor of the passing of a faithful camp worker. The flag was given to the camp by his family. This flag not only represents the man who was honored that day, but also to honor all the dedicated workers who have graduated to glory and loved and sacrificed over the years to keep the ministry of Pleasant Ridge Camp going for future generations all for the Glory of God.

This year marks the 250th Birthday of America, but it is God who has given us all that we have, the privilege to live in this nation and to be able to gather together every July for a week of praise, worship, prayer and fellowship with fellow believers so we can go back into our worlds with "recharged spiritual batteries", and do the work God has called and equipped each of us to do for Him.

All proceeds from the sale of these shirts will go toward our much needed kitchen renovation. We hope you will purchase one not just to help PRC, but as a reminder of the heritage that has been given to each of us and for what Pleasant Ridge Camp means to you.

If you cannot attend camp and would like to order a shirt, please contact Heather and she will get your information and mail one to you after camp.
