Otterbein United Methodist Church Otterbein United Methodist Church is a place to find disciples from all walks of life. We love God and seek to grow in our love for God and one another.

Our traditional worship is at 10:30am with great music, and we value serving others and creation. Otterbein has been a part of the Harrisonburg community since 1894. Our present building was constructed in 1918. In the passing years through mergers of several denominations (United Brethren in Christ, Evangelical United Brethren and Methodist) we became a United Methodist Church in 1968. The member

s and friends of the Otterbein Church Family compose all walks of life - rural, business and professional. Such diversity of people and backgrounds gives us a strong base with which to reach out into the Valley and community to witness for Jesus Christ. This is just the beginning!
