90% of people quit after 3 failures ( jobs, new hobbies, new goals, resolutions, sobriety, etc).
If you remain consistent for six months, the chance of sticking to a resolution/goal for the whole year jumps to over 90%..
Consistency is the state of staying the same at different times or performing actions repeatedly in a predictable way.
Remember your WHY and choose to keep going. Don't give up when things get hard.

Our first steps as toddlers lead to a lifetime of walking. Sometimes we stumble, sometimes we fall—but we get back up and keep moving forward.
The hardest part isn’t always the journey itself, but not being able to clearly see the destination. Yet, if we’re willing to keep walking, each step reveals the next, and the path becomes clearer along the way.
