We remember Mike Kennedy - we mourn, but not without hope. Last November he was recognized, along with a few others, as a military veteran. He was loved by many, and we will miss him.

The funeral service for Mike Kennedy will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11 here at Amazing Grace. Visitation starts prior to the service at 10 a.m.

Even when the crowds heard Jesus was on his way and took palm branches and went to meet him shouting”Hosanna!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” and “Blessed is the king of Israel!” the disciples did not understand how this fulfilled what was written by the prophets. Pastor Ritchie explained why today. “There was something missing - the power of the Holy Spirit.”
As we begin Holy Week, we recognize the humble process Jesus took upon himself for the love of all. We can see how the Old Testament pointed to Jesus. For this, we can rejoice!
This is why we will remember Jesus’ last days - in understanding death is the beginning of eternal life!
Join us during this special time of the year for our Good Friday service at 7 p.m. and then our Easter celebration at 10:30 a.m. on April 20th.

Do Believers Need the Church?
Yes! Our pastor’s message, found in 1 Corinthians 12:12-31, is that we are many parts that form one body for Christ. Each one of you is a part of it. A church does best with all its parts, and each of us can do more together.
