The Rev. George Scott is going to the host for Jeopardy! No, not the nationally televised game show. But rather our own version of the show for the Medical Game Night event that benefits Christ Lutheran Church's Health Ministries. Come and have fun not only with Jeopardy, but also playing other fun medically oriented games like Operation!

Medical Game Night will be Saturday June 13 from 5-8pm at Tree of Life Lutheran Church, 1492 Linglestown Rd., Harrisburg, PA.

Pastor Matthew had the privilege to participate in a panel discussion during the United in Love Conference hosted by Christian Churches United. The focus of the conference was on embracing, educating, and embodying love of neighbor. It was a real blessing to see so many faithful people living into their call to love their neighbors.

This past weekend, two gatherings of Christians came together. One focused on dominion and domination, using religion to impose upon others. The other focused on the question of how we love our neighbor. Paul's letter to the church in Philippi reminds us that the Lord we serve emptied himself to love others, not dominate them. The sermon is based on Philippians 2:1-13.
