We’re incredibly grateful to the amazing Deloitte team for joining us at Paxton and rolling up their sleeves on Deloitte's Impact Day! 🌱💚

Deloitte Impact Day occurred on Friday, June 5, 2026. Thousands of professionals across the US stepped away from their daily routines to volunteer in over 100 cities, supporting nonprofit organizations through hands-on service and skills-based workshops.

Here at Paxton, that impact was felt in a big way. Thanks to their hard work and enthusiasm, our garden project was brought closer to completion, with a fresh layer of mulch—creating a more beautiful and welcoming space for everyone who enjoys it.

🎓✨ Connecting at Messiah University✨🎓
In early April, Grace represented Paxton Ministries at Messiah University’s Tailgating for Jobs Career Fair, and she wasn’t alone—her trusty pup, Pookie, tagged along and helped spread some extra smiles 🐾💙! It was a great day of connecting with students and sharing about the meaningful work happening at Paxton.

🚧 Traffic Alert: Paxton Street Home Access Update 🚧
Road closure may impact your travel to Paxton Street Home.

PennDOT is enhancing safety by removing the Paxton St. and Sycamore St. intersection and realigning the roads to run parallel. During construction, PennDOT is directing all vehicles to access Sycamore Street (and Paxton Street Home) via 19th Street.

What to expect:
➡️Use 19th Street to reach Sycamore Street
➡️Use Sycamore to access Paxton's parking lot on 20th Street (as usual)
➡️When leaving, you will need to turn left onto Sycamore Street
➡️The courtyard is open for drop-offs and pick-ups as usual

⏳ These traffic changes are expected to last up to one year, so please plan ahead and allow extra travel time.

We loved celebrating our O.T. intern, Kasi! 💙
Over the past few months, Kasi has made such a meaningful impact by working alongside our residents and helping them build practical skills for daily living. From creative activities to hands-on support, she brought encouragement, compassion, and fresh ideas to everything she did.
