The Cafe' is open Monday thru Thursdays on Linglestown Christian Nursery School (LCNS) calendar days. The Cafe' is currently held in "Janie's Place" on the Linglestown Campus of Linglestown Life UMC. Cafe' patrons may utilize the tables and chairs within "Janie's Place" or the patio tables and chairs just outside the Main Entrance. The Cafe' Ministry exists for adults to connect and chat with othe
r LCNS families and Church families. We operate primarily through donations and volunteers. Our Hostesses/Hosts have their Safe Sanctuary clearances and are happy to watch younger siblings, in strollers and carriers, while families escort students to classrooms. The Cafe' Ministry Team is available to pray for any need/praise an LCNS family may have. You may choose to leave a prayer request in the box on the round table in "Janie's Place" or reach out to any Hostess/Host personally. We offer coffee (from St. Thomas Roasters), cappuccino, and hot water for tea and cocoa. Baked goods and fruit, when donated, are also available for adults to enjoy while conversing during school hours. A limited amount of individually packaged child snacks are available, when donated, for students as they leave school for the day. Cafe Offerings are currently available on LCNS school days during the following times: Mondays - Thursdays 9:10-10:30 and 11:45-12:15. As of January 2024 we are closed on Fridays.
