✨ Lesley Williams! ✨

Lesley is a woman of faith, resilience, and purpose with a heart for developing women and the next generation. A gifted teacher and leader, she is passionate about helping others recognize their God-given gifts and become all God has called them to be.

With more than 20 years in ministry, Lesley currently serves as the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Sunshine Band President. She also brings years of leadership, training, development, and relationship-building experience to her professional work in nonprofit leadership.

Lesley is also a breast cancer survivor, and her journey has strengthened her faith and her passion for living a whole and purposeful life.🙌

And this announcement is extra special because Lesley serves on the Women of Purpose Board of Directors! She has been part of the work of encouraging women to discover, develop, and confidently walk in their God-given purpose, and now she will be pouring into us from the conference stage!

Women of Purpose, the wait is over! We are excited to announce our first speaker for the 9th Annual Women of Purpose Conference, EMPTIED FOR THE OUTPOURING…

✨ Lady Rose Godlock! ✨

A proud native of Washington, D.C., Rose now resides in Harrisburg, PA, with her husband of 32 years, Pastor Darryl L. Godlock, Senior Pastor of DaySpring Ministries.

If you know Rose, you know she brings passion, excitement, compassion, humor, and authenticity wherever she goes!

And one of the things we love about Rose is that she is not afraid to be REAL. Real conversations. Real life. Real issues that women face, but don’t always talk about.

Her heart for women has led her to create spaces where those conversations can happen. In 2015, Rose was a co-collaborator of the book Behind the Makeup of A Leading Lady. In 2019, she launched The Diva Den, a podcast and talk show created to foster open and honest conversations about topics that matter to women.

Rose has a genuine desire to encourage, uplift, and inspire women to reach their full potential and become all that God has called them to be.

And on Saturday, November 21, she is bringing that same REALNESS to Women of Purpose! 🙌🏽

Refined For Purpose!

What a powerful Women of Purpose Gathering today!

We spent time discussing the difference between surrendering to God’s forming process and resisting what He is trying to do within us. So often we pray for growth, purpose, and maturity, but then struggle when God uses pressure, challenges, waiting seasons, and refinement to shape us into who He has called us to be.

As we reflected on the imagery of the Potter and the clay, we were reminded that the clay does not shape itself; it yields to the Potter's hands. Our greatest growth often comes when we stop resisting and start trusting God’s process.

Today’s conversation challenged us to ask:
What areas of my life am I still trying to control?
Am I surrendering to God’s work, or resisting His forming?
What might God be producing in me through this season?

Thank you to every woman who joined us, shared openly, and leaned into the discussion. There is something powerful about gathering together, encouraging one another, and growing in faith as a community.

The goal isn’t simply to go through the fire; it’s to allow God to use it to refine us.

“Yet You, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, and You are our Potter; we all are the work of Your hand.” Isaiah 64:8

Congrats to the 2026 Pursuing Purpose Mentoring Program (PPMP) graduates! The sun was truly shining on them today ☀️

We are so grateful for the successful completion of a program that goes deep; helping women walk boldly in their God-given purpose. The testimonies we heard of what has been launched and what is still unfolding are a true testament to their obedience. Purpose requires a “yes,” and these women showed up and said it. 🙌🏽

A special thank you to the incredible mentors who walked alongside them every step of the way; your guidance, wisdom, and love made an eternal impact. 💛
