We are so excited to see so many of you tomorrow!
We thought we would share a few changes that we are making in order accommodate some of the guidelines that have been put in place for churches. Please read each one carefully so that you are as prepared as possible and everything can run as smooth as it can!
VERY IMPORTANT
1. Kids going into 1st AND 2nd grade in the fall will BOTH be going down to Kids Life. You will drop them off down at the Life Northwest entrance before coming through the main church doors.
The hallway between the church and the resort will be locked so you will have to use the outside entrances.
2. If you or any of your kids are sick or have been sick this week, please stay home and enjoy online service a bit longer! 🙂
We will be taking each child's temperature at check in and if it is 100.4 or higher, you will be asked to go home.
We suggest taking their temp at home before you drive here so that we can avoid that as much possible!
CHECK IN:
We won't be checking in at the desk but further down the hallway in order to create more space for distancing families who are in line. Follow the signs when you come in the door for "His Kids Check In" and you will be directed by one of our amazing volunteers.
Once you get to the desk, our check in person will get your stickers ready, take the kids' temp, and then direct you where to drop off your kiddos.
Kids will go to classrooms as soon as they are checked in to avoid too much congestion in the lobby.
CHECK OUT:
Once service is over, please come pick up your kids ASAP. There's not a lot of time between first and second service so we need time to get kids out, sanitize/prep classrooms, and check in 2nd service kids.
Please stop at the rope at the end of the hallway and wait to be directed by our check in volunteer.
We will have runners bring your kids out to you so that we can keep the hallway clear.
A FEW MORE DETAILS:
We will NOT be requiring our teachers, volunteers, or the kids to wear masks. They are being given that option just like you are free to wear a mask if you choose 🙂
We are taking extra measures to keep surfaces clean while at the same time, still making sure the kids have lots of fun!
