🎥 Anchored Hope Youth Support Group – Anger Workshop Recap

What a powerful and impactful evening at the Temple of the New Beginning Church during our Anchored Hope Youth Support Group Anger Workshop.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Pastors Annette and Carlos Torres for opening the doors of the house of God and creating a safe, welcoming space where youth could openly share their hearts, experiences, and emotions. Your commitment to supporting young people and families is truly making a difference in our community.

A special thank you to our workshop facilitator, Terina McCloud-Sagna, MSW, for leading an engaging and insightful discussion on understanding, managing, and expressing anger in healthy ways. Through practical tools, meaningful conversation, and compassionate guidance, our youth were encouraged to reflect, learn, and grow in a supportive environment.

This workshop was a beautiful reminder that healing, growth, and transformation happen when we come together in faith, community, and love.
Thank you to every youth, parent, and family member who attended and participated. We are grateful for your presence and look forward to seeing you at our next meeting as we continue building hope, resilience, and strong foundations for our youth.

Join us every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM EST for Bible Study at Temple of the New Beginning. We will journey through Deuteronomy Chapter 5. Together, we will explore how Moses faithfully taught the next generation on the commandments and instructions of God. Each week, we are reminded of the importance of obedience, reverence, and covenant relationship with the Lord.

This is a powerful opportunity to grow deeper in the Word of God, strengthen your faith, and engage in meaningful discussion and fellowship with other believers. Whether you are new to studying the Bible or have been walking with Christ for years, all are welcome to attend as we learn, grow, and seek God together.

Do you have a passion for music, singing, or playing an instrument?

The Anchored Hope Youth Band is looking for talented and passionate youth between the ages of 5–18 to join our growing ministry team!

This is a wonderful opportunity for young people to use their gifts to glorify God, build confidence, and worship together in unity and love.

We are seeking singers, musicians, and worshippers who desire to make a joyful noise unto the Lord while growing spiritually and creatively in a positive and encouraging environment. Whether your child is experienced or just beginning, we welcome hearts that are willing to learn, worship, and serve.

“What a joy it is to sing a new song unto the Lord together!” Through music, fellowship, and faith, our youth will be empowered to shine their light and minister to others through worship.
