We often think mission begins somewhere else, with more knowledge, more courage, or a clearer plan. But in Acts 1, Jesus reminds His disciples that they do not need every answer before they obey. He promises the power of the Holy Spirit and sends them to be His witnesses beginning right where they are.

In this message, Start Where You Are, we’ll see that the Holy Spirit empowers ordinary disciples to bear witness to Jesus in the people and places God has already given us.

We’ll consider four questions: Where is God asking me to obey even without all the answers? What do I need from the Holy Spirit? Who has God already placed around me? And what faithful next step can I take?

The mission is global, but it is never less than local. We do not have to wait until we feel fearless or fully prepared. We can start where we are.
