Unite Student Ministries at Crosspoint Sunday nights are middle and high school together! 6:30-8:00. I will follow Jesus because He knows me better than I know myself.

To help your Middle school and High School students Understand the following:

I will love God because He will never stop loving me. I will live out God's story so others can know who Jesus is. Small groups will help them learn biblical truths and to move from just what mom and dad make them do to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord and to accept the Holy Spirit's Power to help us grow.

Youth group met for the first time of the new school year this evening. It's a holiday weekend so a number of youth were away. We had fun with balloons and learned about what it means to be created in God's image. We also read the latest newsletter from the Kaufmanns who are teachers at Hillcrest School, which is a missionary kids school in Papua, Indonesia which is literally on the side of the earth. Hillcrest is just starting the new school year too.

This Sunday we have four youth heading off to "Christ's Motley Crew" week at Camp Penn in Waynesboro. Then a month from today, we're having our Youth & Family Mini-Golf-Outing on City Island. Youth group will resume it's twice a month Sunday evening gatherings in September.
