And when He looks at what you’re going through, He is grieved in His heart, deeply. Whatever you’re battling in secret - depression, anxiety, loss, illness, whatever it is - God’s eyes are on you. He sees every hidden struggle, and His heart breaks with yours. You are not invisible.  You are never alone in your suffering.

Pain has a purpose. C.S. Lewis said it best — ‘God whispers to us in our pleasures, but shouts in our pains.’ Whatever you’re going through, God is using it to draw you closer to Him. Don’t ignore it. Run to Him.
