All praises due to the Most High God for granting Seventh Tabernacle Beth El, Harrisburg, PA the approval of our request for tax exempt status on the two parcels adjacent to our tabernacle. Our hearing at the Dauphin County Tax Claim Bureau began at 9:55 am and concluded at 10:00 am with a unanimous vote of approval. Yes, five whole minutes and just like that, APPROVED! This great blessing comes as we prepare to kick off our efforts to satisfy the two remaining years of our mortgage term in just one! Details coming soon. Today, Harrisburg kicks off our $10,000 drive to occupy campaign. We have been working tirelessly to get our Tabernacle worship ready. As we enter into this new phase of our journey, we ask that you assist us with getting across the finish line. Your assistance will help us to complete the building code requirements of updating the bathroom to meet ADA standards, the professional installation of smoke and CO-2 detectors in all required areas, and finishing the sheetrock with joint compound and tape. We are also looking to the future and will be installing a French drain system, as our property stands on a slant. We ask that you walk with us in faith and confidence in OUR God, knowing that He will sustain what He has given to us for this and future generations.

You do not want to miss what the Lord has for you through worship, love, fellowship, and His everlasting truth this coming Sabbath.

It is with great sadness that we share with you the news that our dear brother, St. Joseph Holmes of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania has fallen asleep. Bro. Holmes was called home by our heavenly Father on the morning of July 11, 2022. We are grateful to our God for allowing us to share in the blessing that Bro. Joe was and for the legacy which he left on record for Harrisburg and our entire congregation.

The homegoing service will take place on Sunday July 24, 2022, at the following location:
Messiah Lutheran Church
901 North Sixth Street
Harrisburg, PA 17102
Viewing will be from 2:00pm through 3:00pm with the homegoing service to immediately follow at 3:00pm. Due to Covid protocols, there will be no repast.
Uniforms will be worn, and masks are required.
