Culture of Life Ministries was founded in 2012 and incorporated as a not for profit organization in 2013 in response to the great need for accessible healthcare in Harlingen and the surrounding areas. We strive to improve the physical, mental, and spiritual health of those residing within the area by offering medical services free of charge. The services of this ministry are a gift to all and come at no fee, charge or payment. Our scope of care includes primary care consultation, ultrasonography, diagnostic test interpretation, counseling, obstetric/gynecologic care, and chronic disease management including diabetic, obesity, hypertension, and disease prevention counseling. Since 2012, we have seen over 1000 patients and hope to continue expanding our outreach and healthcare services.
