Kehillat Harlem is a Jewish community and "maker-minyan" in Harlem by, of, and for its members. Our community reflects all of the best of Harlem — its diversity, warm spirit, many languages and origin stories, and teeming sense of possibility. Folks who've joined us describe us like this:
diverse, welcoming, open-minded, accepting, traditional, young, start-up, haimish (home-y), inclusive, intimate, embracing, community
