I wanted to update everyone about Rachel Talley. TODAY MARKS 1 YEAR AND 1 DAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL!!! Those who know us know that nearly every month she has had to be hospitalized, (her previous "record" was 6 weeks without). She has seen some things, but her faith has remained strong and I'm so proud of her! Thank you all for all the prayers and encouragement! We still have some challenges, so please keep it up, but we are so thankful to God for his unspeakable grace and mercy. Please continue to remember Becky as well. She's getting better, but it's a slow process.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Hardyville Union Church will begin revival services on May 29 at 11:00 AM. We will be having services at 6:00 PM each evening, Sunday - Wednesday. One of the greatest men of God I have ever known, Bro, Larry Lowe, will be our evangelist. There will be special music nightly. Of course, EVERYONE is welcome. All that being said, I would like to elaborate:
You have doubtless seen hundreds, thousands, if not millions of revival announcements. There have been many revivals, Some more memorable than others.
In history, there have been some memorable enough to have been endowed with names by which they are still remembered, The Wilderness Revival, The Cane Run Revival, The Welsh Revival, The Azusa Street Revival all come to mind. Each move of God brought undeniable change to the areas within which they occured and, in many cases, nationally, or even worldwide.
I'm believing for more than a series of meetings. I'm praying for people to be saved, delivered, and empowered. I want to see a move of God. I need it. Maybe you do too.
Pray for us and consider joining us for the Hardyville Revival of 2022!
Psalm 80:19
19 Turn us again, O LORD God of hosts, cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.

Whether we admit it or not, most of us are wondering, after all the destruction, pain and loss this Christmas season - Will Christmas ever be the same?

Maybe it shouldn't.

We talk about the "true meaning" of Christmas, but never really get there.

This season, many have either seen or experienced the true meaning. Maybe without even realizing it.

Jesus was born in a mess. Travel was difficult and exhausting. Most of us know what a barn lot looks and smells like, (certainly no maternity ward). History teaches us that the whole area was in political uproar. Crime was rampant. And natural disasters have existed since the fall of man.

Yet, from the midst of misery and grief, a Star arose. It's Light would change the world for the remainder of it's existance. Great joy to everyone from this time forward!

I haven't experienced the same loss that many of you have. At least not in the same way. But I assure you, I have been affected by it.

A great truth has been driven home to me - Before you can SPEAK with any credibility to someone about a baby in a manger, you must first SHOW them the Jesus in your heart.

Merry Christmas everyone, May God bless you all!

Isaiah 9:6
King James Version
6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
