Today Pastor Josh shared The Foundation of the World: "Peaceful Resolution" in Genesis 21 about the tensions surrounding Abraham’s family and relationships with others. Through each situation, we saw God faithfully keeping His promises and providing for His people. Genesis 21 also points us toward the importance of pursuing peace, even when relationships are difficult, God calls us to take steps toward peaceful resolution.

This morning Pastor Josh shared The Foundation of the World: "The Trouble with Sin" in Genesis 20. Through Abraham, Abimelech, and their responses when confronted, we saw the seriousness of sin and the importance of responding honestly when we are confronted with it. God calls us to deal honestly with our sin rather than excuse it, trusting His grace and forgiveness.

This morning we were blessed to hear from Pastor Denny Adkinson from Walnut Creek Baptist Church as he shared "The Lord Is My Shepherd" in Psalm 23. We were reminded of the Shepherd’s provision, protection, and presence, that God cares for us in every season, even in the valleys.

Today Pastor Andy continued through Ephesians with Blueprint for the Church: "The Home and The Workplace" in Ephesians 6:1-9. Here we look at how our faith shapes the way we live at home and at work. God calls us to live with obedience, honor, wisdom, and responsibility in our relationships with others.

Yesterday Pastor Andy shared Blueprint for the Church: "Wives and Husbands" in Ephesians 5:22-33 as he outlined God's design for husbands and wives within the body of Christ. As we submit to one another out of reverence for Christ, we are called to encourage one another and demonstrate Christlike love in our homes and in the church.

Yesterday Pastor Josh shared The Foundation of the World: "A Tale of Two Cities" in Genesis 19 and the contrast between the wickedness of S***m and God's mercy toward Lot and his family. Here we see both God's justice in dealing with sin and His mercy toward those He saves.
