NOVA is designed to encourage us to answer Christ’s offer to “Be Made New.” While at camp students will enjoy powerful worship, impactful biblical teaching, CRAZY REC, and age specific small group activities. Our goal at Camp NOVA is for students to grow in godliness while having a fantastic camp experience.

Since 2017, Kayla Irlbeck has faithfully served First Methodist Canyon and Amarillo as a youth minister and ministry coordinator. She came on Camp Nova’s leadership team in 2018 as a co-director, and in 2022, began directing some of our most well-attended camps (in addition to playing iconic roles such as Sunny McSunnysun and K'ren). Kayla has made the prayerful decision to step into a new season — but this Sunday, we’re sending her off in style!

If you’re in the Amarillo area, we invite you to come celebrate Kayla this Sunday at noon at First Methodist Amarillo (8501 S. Coulter Street). A light lunch will be served.
