First Christian Church Hanover:
Wednesday evening service: Due to some of our group not feeling well, others traveling early Thursday, others cleaning up flood mess and predicted snow and cold. We will cancel tonight's study.

Due to weather and roads we canceled this morning at First Christian Church of Hanover.
We were going to continue our focus on Prayer. Please continue to make prayer intentional. Remember our God desires to hear from you.

A Commemoration of the Last Supper and the transition from Passover to the ordinance of The Lords Supper we celebrate today.

On a Thursday evening just over 2000 years ago Jesus and 12 Disciples met in an upper room to celebrate the Passover Meal just as Jesus had faithfully done all His life.

But this was to be the last – This night would change everything. As they finish the Passover meal – Jesus institutes a New Ordinance and gave us instructions to remember Him with our Lord’s Supper meal.

They move to the garden to pray, Jesus is arrested, Tried, beaten and Crucified in just the short hours that follow.

First Christian Church of Hanover invites you on Thursday evening March 28th to join us at 6:30 pm as we begin just as they did. We will look at Passover – Communion – and the events leading up to the crucifixion. Preparing you for Easter morning services at any church in the country
