Our parish family grew in a beautiful way this Easter!

At the Easter Vigil, we joyfully welcomed 27 new members into the Church, all of whom received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Of these, nine received First Holy Communion and five were
also baptized.

We are so grateful to walk alongside them in faith and for our parish community to continue to grow. Be sure to greet them, pray for them, and make them feel at home in our community!

Last week, Father Chris was excited to receive a call from our good friend, Bishop Dennis, sharing the joyful news that the Pope has created a new Church region centered in Berbérati. This region includes the dioceses of Bouar, Mbaiki, and Bossangoa. Bishop Dennis also shared that he has been appointed Archbishop of this new region!

This appointment is a great honor and responsibility. As an Archbishop, he will continue to shepherd the people of Berberati while also helping to guide the Church across the wider region, strengthening unity and faith among the local dioceses.

Having been blessed to call him our friend for over twenty years, we give thanks for this joyful news and ask you to keep Archbishop-elect Dennis in your prayers as he takes on this important role in serving the Church.
