As we go through the festa season and walk the parade routes remember others walked before us that’s why we get to walk today. They choose to keep this tradition alive. June is Portuguese heritage month so honor your heritage, go to a festa, make a Portuguese dish gather with family and share a story about Va and Vo. Pictured here is Henry Barbeiro, Jr. a founding member of the Fraternal Hall and Hanford Portuguese celebration committee.

Our 75th Festa was this past Sunday and it was a great day. Thank you to everyone who helped us with this event, it truly takes a village to put on an event of this magnitude.

Thank you to our past queens for joining us, thank you to all the visiting queens that came from near and far to spend the day with us and even towns that sent flags. It was truly wonderful to see you all there

We have the best people helping us, we are truly blessed to have them all 🕊️🇵🇹
