We invite our parish community to participate in a session on experiencing traumatic grief, discussing loss with your family at home, and noticing the warning signs that a child needs extra support. This session will be led by a team of clinical professionals from MUSC and held at Divine Redeemer on Friday, August 21, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Presentations will be available in both English and Spanish to serve our parish and school community.

We lost a beloved child from our parish yesterday. She was a Divine Redeemer alum and altar server. She valued generosity and integrity, and was known for her impeccable manners. She was a phenomenal student and friend. She dedicated many hours to volunteering at church events for the benefit of others. A huge piece of our hearts is missing that can be healed only by Christ. Lord, please comfort the Asperga family and welcome their daughter into Your kingdom.
