Our former Sunday School Class has transitioned to the current Sunday Study Class. Several of our UpperRoom classmates are part of the Class meeting in our classroom under the facilitator/expositor leadership of Janet Moore and Toby. Most of previous SS classes have been assigned to various small groups ( three groups ). This is not permanent! It is a work in progress. I strongly urge all of my former classmates to sign up if you haven’t done so yet. Remember, this is the direction we are going and I thank God for Pastor Deborah’s vision for learning and growing in the Word of God.

John Gebhardt's wife, Mindy, said that this little girl's entire family was executed. The insurgents intended to execute the little girl also, and shot her in the head...but they failed to kill her. She was cared for in John's hospital and is healing up, but continues to cry and moan. The nurses said John is the only one who seems to calm her down, so John has spent the last four nights holding her while they both slept in that chair.. The girl is coming along with her healing.
He is a real Star of the war, and the hero of peace.
This, my friends, is worth sharing. Go for it!! You'll never see things like this in the news. Please keep this going. Every person can make a difference in the life of someone even if it is one little girl.

Upper Room is currently meeting via Zoom on Sunday mornings at 745 EST. 40 minutes duration. Those who can meet at St. Mark’s are having a joint SS class after Pastor’s message in the FLC beginning approximately 935 a.m. Contact Toby for additional information.

My classmates in Upper Room ~ we have a request from Janet Moore. Two weeks ago she asked if our SS Class would pray for our neighbors in Cherry Acres. I have received an additional request for that ministry - I would like to get some volunteers to do a prayer walk / and hand out flyers for St. Mark's Dinner Church ministry. Janet asked if we could do it within the next two to three weeks. Please contact Toby if you will be able to volunteer.
